Control your hearing aids from the palm of your hand. 

This user-friendly app gives your mobile device the functionality of a remote control, allowing you to conveniently operate your non-wireless hearing aids from the palm of your hand. 

  • Simply make hearing aid adjustments by tapping the Program, Volume, or Mute/Unmute buttons.  
  • Convenient mobile device interface allows you to adjust your listening experience on the go.
  • Wearers of Aris AI+ custom devices without a push button can now access Edge Mode.
    Compatible with Aris AI+ non-wireless hearing aids. 

How to use T2 Remote app 

Below are instructions on how to use the T2 Remote app by downloading it on your smartphone. 

Downloading and using the T2 Remote app 

Apple Mobile Device 

  1. Open the App Store®. 
  2. In the search box, type “T2 Remote.”
  3. Tap GET to download the app to your mobile device. 

Android Mobile Device 

  1. Open the Google Play™ store. 
  2. In the search box, type “T2 Remote.” 
  3. Tap INSTALL to download the app to your mobile device. 
  1. In a quiet environment, open the T2 Remote app on your smartphone.  
  2. Make the desired hearing aid adjustment by tapping the Program, Volume, or Mute/Unmute buttons.  
  3. The hearing aid will play a tone. Hold your smartphone up to your ear to ensure the hearing aids pick up the tone and perform the adjustment. NOTE: If the hearing aid did not pick up the tone, adjust the Phone speaker volume and try making the desired hearing aid adjustment again.
  4. Move the smartphone to the other ear and repeat steps 2 and 3.
